Welcome to the Big Talks for Little People Questionnaire

Thank you for helping us with this research. What you tell us is really important to us! This is a questionnaire about life at the sports club for you THIS YEAR. The questions are mainly to help you to describe your thoughts and feelings about sport and what goes on between players at your club. The questions focus on your happiness & wellbeing and connection to the sports club and on the issue of your relationships with other players. It will also ask you if you have experienced bullying. If you do not want to answer any questions you are free not to and you are free to stop answering the questionnaire at any time. Your answers are confidential so no one will know what you have written. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.

We will need to check your progress, but we do not want to know your name, as we want your answers to remain private. Instead of asking your name, we will ask you to develop a CODE that belongs only to you. It will be the same each time you do the questionnaire.
