The survey asks about your ability to prepare for these disasters: bushfire, heatwave, drought, flood, storm/high winds, or earthquake. 

Your detailed information is extremely valuable. All information gathered is entirely anonymous.

We will share pooled information with various emergency management agencies and through other areas to help with planning.
