PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in this research project. The aim of this study is to investigate current practices in screening and assessing frailty and cognition among clinicians, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals. The findings will help identify potential changes needed to support routine screening and assessment of frailty and cognition in older adults. Additionally, the project will explore clinical practices related to interventions targeting frailty and cognition. These insights will contribute to understanding how such interventions are currently utilised and what improvements may be required to enhance clinical practice.
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Participation is completely anonymous and entirely voluntary.
