We need your help to pilot a new 7-day online wellbeing program designed to enhance wellbeing by helping you identify and act on your priorities for living well. As a participant, you’ll experience the program and provide valuable feedback to help us refine it.
What’s involved?
- Be available to complete the online wellbeing program between 7–13 July 2025.
- The program involves 1 online short survey (5–20 mins) on Days 1, 3, 5 and 7 (4 in total).
- Complete an additional 10–15-minute survey at three time points.
Who can participate?
- Anyone 17+ years, fluent in English.
How to express interest?
Fill out our Brief Eligibility Screener to determine if this program is the right fit for you. The questionnaire includes wellbeing-related questions (e.g., "I’ve been feeling cheerful," "I’ve been feeling close to others").
Your responses will be strictly confidential, accessible only to the research team. If any questions raise concerns arise, support is available through Lifeline (13 11 14) and Beyond Blue.
