What is the Be Well Plan?
Flinders University has partnered with the SAHMRI Be Well Co to deliver a wellbeing program, the Be Well Plan. You will learn important skills to cope during challenging times and will try out different evidence-based activities that can be tailored to your specific needs and circumstances.
The program includes three parts:
BE. Exploring what makes you the person you are and using this information to build positive habits to stay grounded and focused in day-to-day life.
WELL. Building positive states of mental health and wellbeing. A state where you are able to realise your abilities, feel good, cope with the stressors of life, work purposefully, and feel a sense of belonging in your community. A state that’s beneficial to all of us, no matter our circumstances.
PLAN. Developing an individual strategy for mental health, wellbeing and resilience. A plan for the good times and the challenging ones. A plan that is unique to you - made by you, using the skills you think will be effective in your life, matched to your unique values, resources and challenges.
