The Centre for Research Excellence in Translating Early Prevention of Obesity in Childhood (EPOCH-Translate CRE), alongside the Caring Futures Institute (CFI), Flinders University, and Wellbeing SA are pleased to invite you to take part in the workshop:

‘Health behaviour screening in the early years: what are the opportunities for implementation in primary health care?’ 

This series of ideas workshops will be held in October/November 2023 and will engage with South Australian primary health care practitioners to identify solutions for implementing child health behaviour screening, including diet, physical activity, screen time and sleep, within primary health care. 

The purpose of this survey is to provide you with more information about what the workshops involve, confirm that you are an eligible practitioner and determine your availability. You will need about 5 minutes to complete the workshop registration. 

On the next page you will be provided with a detailed information sheet about this project. Once you have read this information, you will be asked to respond to a series of statements to confirm that you wish to be involved. On the final page, please tell us which workshop times would suit you to attend.
