Domestic Travel Support Portal
The college appreciates that travel opportunities occur during the year to attend conferences and training events which enhance the academic and professional profiles of our staff. A limited travel budget is provided by the college each year to support these activities.
Applications are assessed on the merit of the request and the impact on the core business of the college. Please complete the fields below and submit your request for consideration at the next travel review meeting.

This portal covers applications for the Overseas Travel Scheme, Domestic Travel Scheme, RRH Conference and Professional Development Scheme and the FHMRI EMCR Research Conference Support Grant. The guidelines for each are below, to assist with determining which is the most appropriate for your travel support request.

Employment Status
Only staff employed in continuing or fixed-term roles are eligible to apply. Casual staff and students are not eligible to apply. Academic Status holders are also ineligible unless RRH funded. Eligible staff must have completed at least 1 year of employment with the University, or 6 months with RRH, prior to applying and must have confirmed employment for the dates of the travel.
