Title: The uses of drawing in professional practices

Description and Purpose of the study:

This survey will investigate how drawing is used as a tool in various professional practices. This project is supported by Flinders University, College of Education, Psychology and Social Work.

 

What will I be asked to do?

If you choose to participate you will be presented with a series of questions (both pre-determined and opened-ended) about the use of drawing in your profession. The survey should take no more than 30 minutes to complete.

 

What benefit will I gain from being involved in this study?

There are no direct benefits to your participation; however, your involvement will help advance our understanding of the uses of drawing in professional practices. 

 

Will I be identifiable by being involved in this study?

No identifying information will be collected, and your data will be anonymous and confidential. The data collected may be stored and used in future research projects

 

Are there any risks or discomforts if I am involved?

There are no anticipated burdens or risks to participating in the study. If you have any concerns regarding anticipated or actual risks or discomforts, please feel free to raise them with the investigator by using the provided contact details.

 

How do I agree to participate?

Participation is voluntary. You may decline to answer questions and you are free to withdraw from the survey at any time without consequence. Prior to participating you will read an informed consent form. If you agree to participate you will indicate your consent online.

 

How will I receive feedback?

You will receive additional debriefing information regarding purpose and aims of the survey upon completion. If you wish to receive a summary of results at the conclusion of the study, please contact Georgina Maddox.
